Koi Dining is a stylish restaurant in Broadbeach that dishes up a modern Australian menu, delicious cocktails and coastal vibes.
Joining an impressive line-up of sibling venues including the Loose Moose Tap & Grill House, Roosevelt Lounge, Maggie Choo, Glass Restaurant, La Luna Dining and La Luna Beach Club, Koi is a local institution having occupied the corner of Surf Parade in Broadbeach’s busy dining precinct since 2007.
Visitors to Koi can opt to dine in the alfresco area which provides intimate nooks and large tables for big groups, or inside the restaurant which features plenty of timber, plush booth seating and pops of greenery. The venue provides a comfortable and beautiful space for a casual lunch with friends, romantic dinner for two or function space.
The menu is a celebration of modern Australian cuisine, with a focus on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Offering a range of dishes to suit every palate, diners can sink their teeth into small plates like beef tartare, tuna crispy rice, kingfish crudo, lamb cutlets and more.
Larger plates include pork belly with roasted apple jus, wasabi apple puree and green apple gel; barramundi with red pepper escabeche, caper butter and zucchini; duck breast with fig jam, confit potato, herb oil and red currant, lamb rump with red wine jus, feta mousse, caponata and cavolo nero; half chicken with red chimichurri, sweet potato aioli and her oil; swordfish schnitzel with parmesan her crumb, lemon and tartare and Moreton Bay bugs and local tiger prawns with chilli and tomato. There is also a sumptuous selection of pastas, salads and steaks available.
Those wishing to finish the feasting festivities on a sweeter note can indulge in a slice of burnt Basque cheesecake, churros, Bombe Alaska, cookies and cream donut, coconut panna cotta or affogato.
Wash it all down with a range of signature cocktails, share-style cocktail jugs, sparkling wine and Champagne, white and red wine, beers and spirits.
